FORD OEM 5.4 CAST IRON BLOCK - FULLY MACHINED
These blocks are now available to build a replacement or high performance short block for your Ford vehicle. The blocks are good cores that have been fully machined and ready to assemble after cleaning. The following has been done to these blocks to be ready for your build:
- Hot tanked and fully cleaned
- Bored .020" over (3.572") with torque plates
- Finish machine honed for performance with torque plates
- Decks cleaned and machined flat for MLS gaskets
- New torque to yield main bolts installed
- Line honed for perfect main bore sizing
- New freeze plugs
These blocks will require the use of .020" over sized pistons and rings and will utilize 5.4 Windsor main bearings. These must go truck freight shipping ONLY!
