ModMax Remanufactured 5.4L Forged Crankshaft Kit Stock Stroke

Our ModMax Remanufactured forged Crankshafts for all 5.4L and Lightning engines are a must when adding horsepower to your Modular engine. The crankshafts are precision ground from used cores and reconditioned. They include the appropriate sized main and rod bearings for 5.4L iron blocks.

These cranks feature MICRO ALLOY forgings for high strength and durability. This model is a stock stroke 4.165" crank for a drop in installation for any 5.4 engine using stock dimension connecting rods. It has added material and is designed to be internally balanced. These cranks have been used in 1000+ horsepower engines with no failures.

NOTE: These cranks have 8 bolt flywheel flanges so you may need to purchase the correct flywheel or flexplate if your current engine has a 6 bolt crank. These cranks are identical to the OEM Ford 99-04 Lightning crankshafts and use a standard 4.6 or 5.4 balancer bolt. These cranks ARE NOT the same as the factory Cobra Jet or Shelby 5.8 crankshafts, but they can be used as a replacement by using the correct balancer bolt.
