Eagle Forged 4340 Steel cranks offer maximum strength at an affordable cost. Eagle 4340 cranks are made from a non-twist forging, using certified 4340 stee. Multi-stage heat treated for greater strenght, x-rayed and sonic tested to ensure quality. All snout, rod, and main journals filet radius are .125" for added strength (chamfered bearings required). They are also fully nitrided for greater longevity, and micro-polished to a 3 r.a. or less to maximize bearing life. These 4340 cranks are a perfect choice for applications up to 1500hp.Target bobweight of 1600g is +/- 2% guaranteed! Designed for internal balance and has an 8 bolt flywheel flange so please check your flywheel for fitment. This 3.750" stroke crankshaft turns a 4.6L into 5.0L when used with the proper rods and pistons. The rod journal on this crank is specially sized at 1.889" Honda size, so specific rods are required that use a Honda journal on the big end.
