MODMAX Complete Timing Kit 4.6 DOHC 4V '93-'97 with OEM CAMS
Our complete timing kits are designed to include everything you need to freshen up your Modular performance engine. These kits all include chain tensioners that are year applicable. Please make sure your engine is designed to use these components as there are several different kits available for different years and applications. This kit has the following features:
IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTES:- The 4.6 4V Ford engines this kit is designed for WILL NOT FIT 98-UP OR AFTERMARKET CAMSHAFTS because the secondary camshaft gears are designed for keys only used on the 93-97 OEM camshafts. If you are using 98-up or aftermarket camshafts please use part number 39925400
- Factory engines can use a THICK or THIN lower crank gear. This kit includes: THIN crank gear to work with the thicker machined steel reluctor wheels that are factory on all engines up to 1999.
