These are Stainless Steel exhaust valves for oversized 96 to 98 (NON PI) and OEM sized 99-up (PI HEAD) 4.6 and 5.4 Modular SOHC engines are not only a great upgrade for strength and reliability but their unique design increases air flow. These valves are slow forged from EV8 Stainless Steel then heat treated and stress relieved for durability. They feature hard chrome stems and friction welded hardened tips as well as swirl polished heads and undercut stems. These valves are designed to OEM lengths and use OEM style valve locks for a drop in installation. ModMax valves can be used in all racing and street engines for improved flow and ultimate strength. NOTE: THESE VALVES ARE SOLD EACH SO YOU MUST ORDER THE QUANTITY YOU NEED ( SOHC ENGINES USE 8 VALVES ON INTAKE AND 8 VALVES ON EXHAUST ). Intake valves are sold separately.
